“For this EP, I wanted to make all of my fans happy, there is a song for everybody. I am bent on always giving my supporters the best product and they have been loving it so far. I am thankful for the positive feedback I have been getting across social media,” said Deeclef.

The seven-track EP is made up of singles which deal with a range of topics. Deeclef noted that Forward speaks to life lessons, Apprentice is about a life of crime in the inner city, Breeze is an upbeat banger on fashion and lifestyle, while Best Sex is an anthem for the ladies. The project was produced by New Era Beats, Berjal Muzik, and Sav Beats.

“Most of my streams are from the state of Michigan where I live, my support system here is tremendous. I plan on visiting Jamaica on a small promotional tour in a bid to lay some groundwork in coming months. Forward and Best Sex are the favourites thus far and as such I will be putting a strong promotional muscle behind these two tracks,” he said.

Deeclef shared that he has several shows lined up for 2020 across North America which he plans on using to build his brand.
