Livingston Cain, the 50-year-old man accused of trying to bribe fellow jurors and offering the jury forewoman $500,000 JMD in Vybz Kartel’s murder trial is set to return in court on March 20, 2017.
On Thursday, Cain appeared in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court, where another juror gave her testimony on the 2014 incident. The witness will be cross-examined by Cain’s attorney, Valerie Neita-Robertson, when the trial resumes in March.
Cain is charged on five counts of attempting to pervert the course of justice and one count of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, he was the only juror that voted not guilty in the 10-1 decision to convict Vybz Kartel for the murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams.
