The adored Reggae artiste’s son, Menelik McClymont, was stabbed and killed by a group of thugs with whom he had a previous disagreement. He was on his was to school at the Parkington Plaza.
Loop reports, in a release, Luciano’s management expressed regret that the tour had to be postponed but said the singer was deeply affected by the tragedy.
“Even though Luciano still, initially wanted to fulfil the obligations of doing the tour, the tragic circumstances surrounding the death of his son has really affected him and so we are forced to postpone all shows until further notice,” the release stated.
Luciano however assured his fans that he would be rescheduling all dates and would eventually fulfil his contractual obligations.
