Dancehall newcomer Fully Bad recently took to social media to share that he has secured new management since the dissolution of his contract with popular social media personality, Foota Hype.
There have been numerous reports that the artiste and his previous management are at odds and Fully Bad is adamant that he and his previous management have no bad blood.
“As it was revealed earlier this week via the internet, I recently signed with a U.S based label and we are now focusing on making new music that will inspire as well as entertain” said Fully Bad.
“And to make the record clear, myself and my former management are not in any dispute. Despite what people might believe and speculate, I have the utmost respect for my former management, after all, they did introduce the world to Fully Bad.” He continued.
The artiste has secured a management deal with a New York based label and already has a discography of new music slated to be released.
Fully bad is set to release “Born Fi Dweet”, a track produced by DJ Slow Motion.
“Born Fi Dweet” will be released on May 23rd through Distrokid.
“The song is all about my life story, and the struggles that I face in the music industry. The harsh reality of trying to make it gave me the insight to create this song, there are many upcoming artistes that can relate to this song. I must honestly say that I am pleased with the direction that my new management is taking. We are constantly in communication and are developing new ideas for branding, imagery and bookings” He added.
After releasing a snippet of the song online, fans demanded that he should release the visuals for the track along with the song.
The video was done at a private location by Icey Jay and will premiere on VEVO on May 23rd as well.
