Miami, Florida (Shuzzr) – Florida based Dancehall artiste, Shabbaupyanow, is expressing gratitude after recently performing at Alkaline’s New Rules Festival, which was held on March 27th, 2022, at the Miramar Amphitheatre in Miami, Florida. 

The young artiste who immigrated to the United States as a teenager, starting pursuing music at the age of 20 and hasn’t stopped since. Shabbaupyanow single ‘Nuff Money’ produced by The Khxos released in 2021 gave the upcoming act the momentum he needed to not just get noticed but to perform at reggae-dancehall heavyweight,Alkaline signature event,  New Rules Festival.

“Learnt a lot from the experience, it was a great feeling and I got to show out for my fans in Miramar. I’m working on a tune for the females, to get moving and active for the Summer. I have Collab in the making which the fans will just wait and see, but they’re very notable names” states Shabbaupyanow.

New Rules Festival return saw other acts such as Grammy-nominated artiste Wayne Wonder, Mavado, Platinum selling artiste Kranium, Billboard charting artiste Dovey Magnum, and rising act 450Music performing alongside Alkaline after the shows 4-year hiatus. 

“New Rules Festival stage is dedicated not just to giving established acts a platform to engage with their fans but also to expose upcoming talents. We have to foster the development of our industry and the talents” states Kereena Beckford, Alkaline’s manager and show organizer. 

Shabbaupyanow further added

“Finally, I want fans to check out the music video for my now trending single “Nuff Money” as he credits the likes of Garnett Silk, Mavado, Alkaline, and TeeJay for his music influence. “

Alkaline New Rules Festival is slated to return July 2022  in Jamaica.
